MyBarnyardBuddies.com – Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

 

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided except where required by applicable law.

 

Subscriptions (The Buddy, The Mini, Adoption, Add A Buddy): No refunds for partial months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions during the 30-day Adoption trial can be canceled with no charge if done before the trial ends.

 

Physical Buddies & Minis: No returns or refunds. All production charges are final.

 

Printful Items (Shirts & Hoodies): For defective, misprinted, or damaged items, claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt directly through us. We will handle the claim according to Printful’s policy. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind.

 

BuddyBucks Redemptions & Mystery Boxes: All redemptions are final. No refunds or exchanges.
