These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and The Knotty Grandma ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), owner and operator of MyBarnyardBuddies.com ("Platform" or "Service").

 

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making any purchase, or allowing a child to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

 

Eligibility: Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian (at least 18 years old). Parents are fully responsible for supervising their child’s use.

 

Services: Educational content, private journaling, games, Galactic Learning Adventure, daily spin-the-wheel, and BuddyBucks virtual currency.

 

Products and Subscriptions

• The Buddy and The Mini: Physical hand-crocheted buddies sold online only as a bundle. Includes an initial $10 charge (which starts the recurring subscription for online access) + a one-time production charge ($25 for The Buddy or $10 for The Mini). Then $10 per month recurring for ongoing access to that buddy’s online content.

• Adoption Subscription: For physical Buddies/Minis purchased offline. Starts with a 30-day free trial, then automatically converts to $9.95 per month.

 

• Add A Buddy: Digital-only subscription granting access to a buddy’s online content without a physical item.

 

Subscriptions automatically renew. All sales are final except where required by law. See our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Digital Product Policy for details.

 

Handmade Buddies – Important Notices
Each Buddy and Mini is individually hand-crocheted and unique. Appearance, size, color, and details may vary from photos. Our Buddies are not mass-manufactured.

 

Choking Hazard Warning: Buddies and Minis contain small parts such as safety eyes and noses. They pose a serious choking hazard for children under 3 years of age. Our products are not intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is required at all times. Parents assume all responsibility for safety and age appropriateness. We disclaim all liability for any injury resulting from use of our physical products.

 

BuddyBucks: Virtual currency earned through activities. Redeemable only for allowed rewards (printables, stickers, shirts/hoodies via Printful, physical buddies without subscription, or Mystery Boxes). BuddyBucks have no cash value and may be modified or forfeited.
