MyBarnyardBuddies.com – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for physical products purchased on MyBarnyardBuddies.com, operated by The Knotty Grandma. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship physical items to:

United States
Canada
Europe

We do not ship to any other countries or territories at this time. If your shipping address is outside these regions, we will notify you and may cancel the order.

What We Ship

Physical items eligible for shipping include:

The Buddy and The Mini (hand-crocheted buddies purchased online with subscription)
Physical Buddies or Minis redeemed with BuddyBucks (no subscription attached)
Stickers and other small physical rewards
Mystery Boxes
Shirts and hoodies (fulfilled and shipped by our partner Printful)

Shipping Process and Timing

Items fulfilled by us (Buddies, Minis, stickers, Mystery Boxes): Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take longer during peak seasons.
Printful items (Shirts & Hoodies): These are printed and shipped directly by Printful. Their processing and shipping times may vary.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed:
- United States: Typically 5–10 business days after shipping
- Canada: Typically 7–14 business days after shipping
- Europe: Typically 10–21 business days after shipping (may include additional customs processing)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or Printful.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handmade Items – Important Notes

Every Buddy and Mini is individually hand-crocheted and unique. Slight variations in appearance, size, color, and details are normal and do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.
Our Buddies are not mass-manufactured — each one is handmade with care.

Safety Warning – Choking Hazard

Buddies and Minis contain small parts such as safety eyes and noses. These pose a serious choking hazard for children under 3 years of age. Our products are not intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is required at all times. Parents assume full responsibility for the safety and suitability of the Buddy or Mini for their child’s age and developmental stage.

Order Tracking and Issues

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number. For other shipping questions, contact us at MyBarnyardBuds@gmail.com.

Lost, Damaged, or Printful Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our possession.
For shirts and hoodies fulfilled by Printful, all claims for damage, defects, or lost packages must follow Printful’s policy (submitted within 30 days of receipt).
Because all sales are final under our Refund Policy, no automatic refunds will be issued for shipping issues.

International Shipments (Canada & Europe)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
